Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.

Processing Time:  We work hard to get your order out fast. Most orders placed by 12:00 PM PST ship the same day. Orders placed after Noon will ship the following business day. Delays can occur based on high demand..

For overnight deliveries arriving on Saturday, please place your order by 12:00 PM PST on Thursday to guarantee Saturday delivery.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that transit times are estimates and do not include order processing/fulfillment time. Please note, USPS priority shipping takes around 2-4 business days to arrive.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed up with tracking information to keep you updated every step of the way.

Order Tracking: If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days (U.S. orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hi@getlaces.co with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it right away.
