I have always loved to stay active. I’ve played over 6 sports within my lifetime, and I knew that furthering my academic and athletic career to college was an important goal of mine. It took much hard work and determination, but I am so glad that I did so. Volleyball had been my favorite sport by far, as I grew up playing a lot with my dad, who introduced me to the sport. I have a rich family history that motivated me to push through adversity, especially with my grandparents being immigrants and growing up in immigrant environments. I have deep passion in any task thrown at me and I won’t quit until it’s done; with quality and care.
