I see baseball as a way of life. When you practice something for so long you realize how much you love everything within the game. Waking up early and smelling the dew on the grass, hearing the dirt crunch beneath your feet on the field, and the excitement that comes from the challenge that is set before you. What fires me up even more is having not just your teammates beside you, but your brothers that train with you day in and day out for a common goal. This goal is not just to win a game but to succeed in every aspect of life.

At the end of the day, you can’t control the outcomes but you can always control the effort. I can sleep well knowing I gave 100% not just for myself but unto God, every step of the way..
