At LACES, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Hats can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the hat must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@getlaces.co with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the product.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact us at hi@getlaces.co for further instructions.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized hats cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
